Kieran Ballah E.M.C.A.  is an experienced Paramedic, Emergency Medical Services Manager, Paramedic trainer and past Director of the Waterloo-Wellington-Dufferin Base Hospital Paramedic Program. In July of 2004 he was the recipient of the Ontario Emergency Medical Services Exemplary Services Medal awarded by the Governor General of Canada. He has been a certified instructor for the Canadian Red Cross and the Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation since 1974. He is currently and Instructor -Trainer with the Canadian Red Cross. Kieran is the former Public Access Defibrillation Coordinator for the Guelph-Wellington Public Access Defibrillation Program and the current Public Access Defibrillation Lead for the Wellington-Dufferin chapter of the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation. In 1977 he received his certificate from Conestoga College as a Teacher/Trainer of Adults. He has held a position with the Ontario Ministry of Health as a Regional Paramedic Training Coordinator and has held teaching positions at both Conestoga College and Georgian College.

 

Lois Ballah, R.R.T., B.H.S.A. is a Respiratory Therapist currently holding the position of Manger of Quality and Risk for the Wellington Health Care Alliance. Previous to this, Lois was the Coordinator of Education for Groves Memorial Community Hospital. She has been a certified instructor for the Canadian Red Cross and the Heart & Stroke Foundation since 1992. She has held teaching positions with the Georgian College Ambulance & Emergency Care Program and with the Health Sciences Division of Conestoga College as an instructor of Preparatory Biology and as an instructor with their CPR and First Aid Program.

 

Kristin Wood is a certified First Aid CPR/AED instructor with the Canadian Red Cross. She has experience as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher and currently operates her own DJ business within the golden triangle.

 

Drew Wood, A-EMCA is a certified First Aid CPR/AED instructor with the Canadian Red Cross. Drew is an Ontario Paramedic and volunteer Firefighter.

 

Alexander Ballah, PCP is a certified First Aid CPR/AED instructor with the Canadian Red Cross and Lifesaving Society. Alex is also an Advanced Instructor and aquatics supervisor with the Lifesaving Society and a Water Safety Instructor with the Canadian Red Cross . Alex is currently enrolled in the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College.
